ELTEN successfully passed the re-certification audit according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2000 and received the new certificate

Quality assurance and quality management are extremely vital prerequisites, particularly in the field of health and safety protection at the workplace, in order to manufacture safe products of a high quality.

The norms EN ISO 9000 ff. document the principles and catalogue of measures for an internationally valid quality management system. These norms were created so as to foster and facilitate the mutual understanding on a national as well as on an international basis. An extensive quality management is founded on DIN EN ISO 9001.

According to this standard, quality management is based on eight principles: customer focus, leadership, involvement of people, process approach, system approach to management, continual improvement, factual approach to decision making and mutually beneficial supplier relationships.

ELTEN decided in favour of the introduction of this quality management already many years ago. We are proud to pronounce that we have passed the re-certification according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2000 once more successfully.
